Mass import details, don't type them
With the new excel import feature you can reduce time by uploading pre filled penetration details, instead of manually entering the data for each.
Simply upload the details of your penetrations into our excel template, enter the app select the file and upload
Too many clients? No Problem
The new archiving feature will allow inspectors to select which projects are shown in the list, helping to ensure a better user experience
Reduce long lists, keep track of completed jobs by archiving them, using our simple toggle on the edit project page
Need it back? No worries, the archived report can be seen by pressing the filter button, on the top left. From there, the report can be un-archived
When the filter symbol is green, only non archived reports can be seen
Extra detail, in half the time
With the new party responsible detail added into the app, you can now assign responsibility for each penetration. This aims to help keep track of works completed, creating a comprehensive digital record.
Enter the defect report, and fill in the detail in the new 'party responsible' text box
Email the defect report, and see the newly added information
Click to correct your defects
With this new feature compliance can be changed in the defect report section of our app, saving you time and improving reporting accuracy
Enter the defect report and fill in as normal
Select compliance on newly added drop down saving the need to go back into the main report
